Commercial Remortgages

Commercial mortgages are a different animal to the mortgage you may already have on your residential property and there are various advantages and disadvantages to owning your own business premises rather than renting.

Commercial mortgages are not regulated by the FSA (Financial Services Authority) and whilst this does not, necessarily, mean that there is anything to worry about, it is worthwhile bearing this in mind.
